While paused or suspended you can't enter competitions and we stop all marketing to you. A suspension can't be lifted early.
Our commitments
- Competitions are for adults aged 18 or over only.
- Every account has a monthly spending limit, set to by default.
- Credit card payments are capped at a month. We don't run instant win games.
- We watch for signs of harm, such as repeatedly reaching your limit, changing payment methods often, or entering at unusual times, and we may contact you or pause your account.
- Our marketing never suggests competitions can solve money problems or replace a job.
Is it still fun?
Consider taking a break if you are spending more than you planned, chasing entries to "make up" for losses, borrowing money to enter, or feeling anxious about results.
